#61

Blackbook?

#62

Black Book

#63

too lazy for that, too, but 13% makes sense

#64

Yes and very good too but not like Burgundy.

#65

So we’ve had haddock and Comte as good food matches - what else are you drinking this with? Or what WOULD you serve it with?

#66

I would go oysters

#67

Mrs CC: we had it with ricotta tortellini with cream and and parmesan. Worked well.

#68

Seafood sounds good.

#69

might just be me, but closing down since opening on the palate, too (like the nose)

#70

Still waiting to eat as my partner is not home yet but it’s going to be roast veg with cous cous and a mild harissa dressing.

#71

See above for this from the Dopffs.

#72

Might not stand up to the harissa or roast veg.

#73

It’s got great acidity so would work well with a rich dish aswell as scallops and general shellfish. The body is quite full so a good chicken in cream sauce would pair well.

#74

Ooh, YUM! That sounds delicious.

Shall we give it a mark out of 10?

#75

will probably not…

#76

@szaki1974 I thought that too — I had it down as pretty punchy to start with — nose & palate for me.

Tarte flambée sounds perfect!

#77

I think it has more promise than immediate pleasure, but still attractive in a weird way so I am a 6

#78

But only because I think it has more to give.

#79

4, 5 and 6 here.

#80

We’ll let you know if she ever gets home.
